Board Lot
Stocks can be traded using the board lot or round lot systems. The minimum number of shares that can be bought or sold at a certain price range is established by the Board Lot Table. As a result, the minimum investment amount for stocks varis and is set by both the security's market price and the board lot that relates to it.
